Our Story

Apcivic Health co-founders Brian Lash and Yogin Shroff met while attending business school in 2013. Years later while at the same managed care organization they witnessed an unmet need in healthcare technology: Solutions enabling health plans, providers and community organizations to broadly address social needs for the populations they serve without adding additional burden to front-line staff. They took action and in 2021 founded Apcivic Health to build the artificially intelligent social needs platform of the future.

Brian Lash is a proven healthcare executive leader with prior roles at regional and national payers. He is adept at bringing new technologies online to drive healthcare transformation. Brian earned his MBA from the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University.
Yogin Shroff
Co-founder and COO
Yogin Shroff is a healthcare industry veteran with a track record of operational excellence and lasting change management. He is a sought after thought leader with deep expertise in Healthcare Quality and CMS Stars. Yogin earned his MBA from the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University.
